Addingham.info

Welcome to the new Addingham Village information website.

Addingham is in West Yorkshire in the North of England three miles south of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

We have completely redesigned and updated the site to give a more modern look and, hopefully, make it even easier for you to find what you want to know about Addingham, and what there is to do here whether you are a resident, visitor or just looking for somewhere interesting.

Our aim is to 'do what it says on the tin' - to be a one stop shop for information about the village, its history and its surroundings, in conjunction with our sister site www.ilkley.org which covers the Ilkley area (three miles east of Addingham).

Using the menu on the left (and the sub-menus which will appear below it) you will find a vast store of information about the following, and more:-
(a) events in the village and the organisations behind them.

(b) local businesses and places to eat, drink or stay.
(c) the history of Addingham and of the Schools.
(d) places around for day trips or walks.

There is a search box at the top of each page to find things quickly.

Thanks for looking around - please let us have your comments and suggestions for further improvements.
